What does pricing look like? 

The service is a monthly subscription (that can be canceled at any time). Pricing varies based on the number of use cases you want to use us for as well as volume of personalized videos you want to send out. The lowest tier is $200/month.

How do the videos get delivered?

Videos are delivered via email or SMS. Emails are sent from your domain through Maverick's platform. SMS can be sent via Klaviyo or Postscript (with Attentive coming soon!)

What CRMs do you work with?

We work with most major e-commerce CRMs, including Klaviyo, Attentive, Braze, and others.

Do I need a professional camera or studio? 

The more casual and personal it feels, the better. We strongly advise you to use your regular phone camera so no professional camera or studio is needed.

How are you different from Bonjoro, BombBomb and others?

These platforms don't scale the same way we do as they don't provide an AI based solution. With both Bonjoro and BombBomb you need to record yourself every single time you want a video to go out to a customer.

With Maverick you only have to record yourself once per use case (eg. welcome video, post purchase thank you, etc) and we use AI to automatically generate unique, personalized versions of the video at scale where you greet each customer by name.

What elements of the video can be personalized?

Today we personalize the most important part of a video for your customers- their name.

How long does it take to get set up? 

Getting onboarded is quick and straightforward. Onboarding consists of 3 easy steps that usually take brands about 1 hour overall.

What can I use Maverick for?

Our most common use cases are e-commerce related; for example, abandoned cart recoveries, post purchase thank you's, win backs, welcome series, payment issue recoveries, etc.

Do you provide analytics to measure impact?

Yes we send you full analytics on engagement metrics like open rates, video link click through rates, etc. Additionally, for attributable use cases (e.g. abandoned cart recoveries) we provide metrics on attributed revenue driven from the videos.

Can I send one-off campaigns to a list of users/customers?

Unfortunately, we don't support one-off campaigns at this time. We currently only support ongoing use cases like post purchase thank yous or abandoned cart recoveries based on triggers and automated flows that are setup through your CRM.

What languages do you support?

At the moment, we support videos in English and Spanish. However, we're working to add support for more languages in the future!

Do you provide email templates for each use case? 

Yes, we will use a video email template that we have thoroughly tested over the years, throughout thousands of sends and customers. The template is optimized for engagement in order to maximize results.
